Who processes the data
The data controller is Roman S., working as Freshwind Studio. For any question about your data, write to hello@freshwindstudio.com.
What data we process
- When you write to us: your email address, name, website address and whatever you put in the message.
- When we write to you: publicly available business contact details of your company (company name, business email, phone, website address), for example from your website, Google Maps or public registers.
- When you visit this site: our host (Vercel) records technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit in server logs, to run and protect the site.
What we do not do
- This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
- Fonts are served from our own server, with no requests to Google or other third parties.
- We do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes.
Why, and on what basis
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing an offer: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- A business offer to a company whose website we reviewed: our legitimate interest in offering a service relevant to your business. You can object at any time and we will not contact you again.
- Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and protected from abuse.
How long we keep data
- Correspondence is kept while we are working together or talking, and for at most two years after the last message, unless the law requires longer (for example for invoices).
- If you tell us you do not want further messages, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so that we do not write to you again by mistake.
- Server logs are kept briefly by the host, under its own rules.
Who else has access
- Zoho (email, data stored in an EU data centre).
- Vercel Inc. (website hosting, USA), with the safeguards for international data transfers required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to processing and receive it in a portable format. Just write to hello@freshwindstudio.com; we reply within 30 days.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) or with the supervisory authority in your EU country.
